I’m feeling tired and cranky this morning. I didn’t sleep well last night. Got myself moving though and took dogs for a walk early. I started feeling better within 10 minutes. I can’t say enough for the power of routines and movement in the morning to totally shift how I feel. Still feel tired and a bit cranky but definitely better than if I hadn’t gone on my walk. Sunshine and fresh air are key to also helping my adrenal glands recover.
I took the colostrum today since I was feeling better. I think the combo of keeping foods lighter and decreasing the Betaine HCL helped to calm my GI system. I didn’t want to stop the colostrum and then not know if it was that or the asparagus or just too much going on in my system.
If I don’t feel so good today I won’t take it tomorrow. I’m going to keep the food to the easier to digest stuff again today to let my body rest. I may add a new food which would be pumpkin today. I’m pretty sure I’m ok with this as I seem to be good with all the squashes so far. They also feel comforting to eat. I’d really like to get more greens in too but it seems like that’s more in Stage 3 of food introductions.
