I woke up way too early today, around 4:00 am. Stayed in bed till about 4:45 then got up to start the morning routine. (See this post here on my routines). Walked the dogs the usual 2 ½ miles then got ready for my day of work. I got nauseous while getting ready for work. Felt a bit dizzy too. Ate half a banana to see if maybe it was low blood sugar but it didn’t go away. Finally went away after a couple of hours. I don’t think it’s related to anything I ate but will keep track of it today and tomorrow.
My neck has been stiff and my stomach bloated which I think are related to whatever is going on in my liver. I have a doctors appointment on Friday to go over ultrasound results and make a plan.
Bananas are becoming the highlight of my food day. I’m trying to stick to 1 a day but man are they soooo good. Crazy how they are my sweet treat like a cookie is to other people.
Today is a new food day and I decided to go with…….zucchini! Ok not so exciting, especially pureed but it’s another veggie and my goal is to get back to eating more veggies and not so much meat. The zucchini actually tasted good as a puree. It didn’t look so good though,kind of like Martian soup. I think it sat well too. So hard to know what to attribute to food and what is just from my body trying to find a stable place. I’ll try it again tomorrow.
Pre breakfast- 2 tbsp collagen and chicken from soup
Breakfast- chicken soup and spinach
Snack-half a banana and jello
Lunch-steak, acorn squash and spinach
Dinner-bison patties, zucchini and squash
