I felt pretty good today again. I walked the dogs, got the kids off to school and got myself to work without any issues. It was a little harder to poop today so don’t feel as good as the previous couple of days but still pretty good.
My energy is still better than it was a couple of months ago. I get tired in the afternoon but not to the point of exhaustion. Small wins are good. Got to do yoga with my guru too which always feels good.
Towards the evening I started to get the liver pain/scraping again. I think I ate too much fat today. I had some bacon wrapped chicken this morning, beef carrot squash loaf for lunch, roast beef for snack and Chilean sea bass for dinner. Not having a gallbladder makes it harder for me to digest fats so even if this amount is ok for people with a gallbladder it’s not always ok for me even with taking digestive enzymes.
After dinner I got the full on pain and started to feel really tired. I’ve found that if I eat to the point where I’m a little too full plus the increased fats it’s not a good combo. I have a feeling that tomorrow I’m gonna be feeling it. This sucks.

Snack-8 pumpkin banana bites
Lunch-beef squash carrot loaf, kabocha squash and cucumbers
Snack-roast beef slices
Dinner-chilean sea bass, kabocha squash and spinach
