I slept ok but as soon as I woke up I knew I was feeling off as far as my GI system goes. I had good energy but my abdomen was bloated and grumbly. I pooped as I’ve been pooping but didn’t feel good. It took me a while to be able to eat breakfast and even then I wasn’t as hungry as I’ve been. I kept it to the lighter side which seemed to help but by lunch I was hungry. I took it easy though and seemed to be ok.
My energy was ok through morning because I was busy with work. After lunch my energy just tanked. It literally feels like somebody pulled my plug. I hate that feeling as it’s so hard to be able to get anything done. Recovering from stage 3 adrenal fatigue is a long and winding process. Some days I feel good and some days I just tank.
I had a little energy at yoga. Luckily, my guru knew to take it easy on me. I felt better when I was done but still no energy. Dry hands and lips came back at 4:00 again too. Needed to sit on couch and chill for a bit before doing anything else. I roasted a kabocha squash as my new food today. It probably would have been smart to not add another food when feeling badly but I’m pretty sure squash is ok and I just need some more foods to eat.
I called the pharmacy to find out if there were any fillers in my LDN that I may be allergic to or if anybody has had reactions like I’m experiencing. There’s only cellulose (which is a plant fiber) and they hadn’t heard of anybody having any reactions to such a low dose of naltrexone but were gonna check with their other pharmacist to see.
This autoimmune roller coaster sucks balls. One day is good, one day or one part of a day is bad. No rhyme or reason. Maybe I’m tired due to travelling this weekend and eating out. Maybe I’m reacting to the weather. Maybe I just have to go through this to learn a lesson so I can help others. Thank U Hashimoto’s.
