I slept a little better last night although I do remember waking up a few times. I didn’t have to rush out of bed to take kids to school which definitely makes my mornings easier. Had a nice walk with the dogs which always puts me in a good mood.
GI tract didn’t feel as good as yesterday. I wonder if it’s from eating a little more fat at dinner time. I’ve been using Digestion GB help with fat digestion without a gallbladder but not sure if it’s working the best for me. It has ox bile in it which is recommended to help with fat digestion without a gallbladder but I’m not sure if it bloats me or if it’s the actual fat that I’m eating that does. My energy was pretty good today which was helpful as I had an important meeting at work.
I decided to try taking my LDN this afternoon because I think it’s interrupting my sleep. Big mistake. An hour after I took it I got pretty sleepy and cranky. Not so good for having to still be productive. I have to figure out the ideal time to take it or maybe my body still needs to adjust to taking it at night and sleep will get better. I think it’s definitely helping as I am not getting that unbelievable exhaustion in the afternoon. I’m tired but appropriately so for getting up at 5:00 am.
Tomorrow is supposed to be add a new food day but I cheated a bit and added it in today in a super small amount. I used coconut oil in a recipe for a snack. They are pumpkin banana gelatin bites. I got tired of eating plain bananas and felt that I was getting too much sugar from fruit and they are super convenient for on the go. The pumpkin banana gelatin bites are super easy to make and are portable and taste good. Just make sure to keep them cold otherwise they get melty and soft.
Pre breakfast- 2 tbsp collagen and colostrum
Breakfast-2 beef/liver muffins, carrots and pumpkin
Snack-8 pumpkin banana bites (they are good)
Lunch-beef/pumpkin/carrot loaf, carrots and kabocha squash
Snack-roast beef and applesauce
