I’m feeling more tired and sort of like a cold is coming on. I’m thinking it’s from the new homeopathic detox supplement that I’m taking versus any food. The supplement supports my body to detox on its own versus some of the harsher detoxes on the market that force your body to get rid of toxins. By gently supporting my liver, kidneys and lymph system I’m allowing my body to detox at its own pace so I won’t get the really bad side effects of dizziness, nausea, fatigue or not being able to function. I can have side effects of milder symptoms of just not feeling 100 percent well.
My body is feeling very dry and tight. Not as fluid as it was feeling last week. I’m wondering if it’s because I’ve lost weight and my body is not happy about it or it could be because of the cold weather or I’m in a flare. Ugh!
I’m going to breathe and not overthink it. I’ll talk to my doctor about hormones on Monday, I’ll give the supplement a couple more days in case it’s a detox reaction, I’ll work on eating more and work on staying warm in the cooler weather. I’m also going to my guru for body work today which always helps work stuff out for me.
P.M.-Bodywork definitely helped get out some stuck stress in my shoulders but I still feel really dry. I was able to get some quiet time afterwards which helped me too. I’m getting a bit sick of squash even though I’ve worked to rotate them. I’m really sick of all food but am eating more to see if that helps with dryness.
The upside is that I haven’t had any scraping pains GI pains in a while. The worst sensation I get is fullness which is nowhere near what it had been so I’m excited about the progress. Building my custom diet really is working to heal my gut.
