I woke up with pretty good energy today. Of course it’s Sunday so that helps with not feeling rushed and stressed. Walked the pups for the usual 2 ½ miles and it was only 80 degrees at 6:30 am. It’s finally cooling off in Vegas. It’s a little warped when you think of a day only hitting 99 degrees as cool.
Anyhow, had another formed poop and no diarrhea in site…yay! Not as hungry today either but also had a fullness feeling in my abdomen so don’t know what’s up with that. I just had some chicken soup, carrots and jello for breakfast. I was able to do yoga in the morning which was calming before having to take my son for back to school uniform pants. Hitting Old Navy the day before school starts is not something I ever look forward to. It went better than I thought.
20 minute meditation was needed around 1:45. That’s getting better too. Used to be I had to put my head down by 12:30. Recently I can last till 1:30-2:00 before I HAVE to stop or risk falling down. I had to do probiotic enema again per my MD wanting me to do it 3 times a week to get those good bacteria where they need to be. It was even easier this time as I have my system down now.
Cooking up 2 more pounds of carrots (seems like I’m doing this every other day), more apple cider jello (way better than the grape) and butternut squash!!! Tomorrow is add a new food day!! I’m already looking forward to every 4th day as it’s a new food day. Spinach seems to be sitting ok with me although it’s really hard to know if the little bit of sniffles I felt this morning while walking dogs could possibly be a food reaction or just because the air is still smoggy from the California fires. I’m gonna go with the spinach being ok since I didn’t get any GI issues.
