The day started off well. It was the first day of school for my kids. Wasn’t a crazy rush because I had prepared everything the night before and kids were organized. My babies are growing up so fast. Work was ok too.
Sometime in the afternoon the scraping stomach/liver pains started. Scraping pains like when I had gallstones. The same scraping pains I had when I had stones stuck in my liver duct after I had my gallbladder removed. The same scraping pains that come once or twice a year but can’t be explained as to why they are happening to me. Thank you Hashimotos.
Scraping pains didn’t stop me from trying the butternut squash though. I knew they weren’t being caused by the butternut squash since they started before I ate it and I wasn’t going to be held back from adding my new food. And I was HUNGRY! Squash went well but only ate a little cuz didn’t want to eat too much at dinner.
Maybe I jinxed myself by stating that I was starting to have hope again. Don’t want to think that way so just gonna OHM for now and breathe. The breathing thing really helps so I highly recommend that if you’re not doing it. If you need some help with starting a meditation program check out the apps headspace or calm. They have free trials and low monthly or yearly memberships.
