I woke up at 2:00 am again this morning. I’m wondering if the LDN is interfering with my sleep. I’d read that this can happen but usually passes within a week. I’ve been on it for 10 days now. If it keeps happening this week I’ll call the doctor. Needless to say, I’m feeling tired today. I stayed in bed till 5:00 then got up to walk the dogs. I wanted to skip the walk but realize that I feel better if I get some exercise in in the morning versus if I don’t.
GI system is feeling pretty good although I think the charcoal I’m taking twice a day to clear out toxins may be slowing my poop down. I definitely don’t want to swing the other way with pooping and get constipated so will work hard to drink water, add fat where I can and continue with safe carbs. Also, feeling a little rushed to get kids to school and off to work probably didn’t help either. I like the mornings when I can take my time getting ready. Unfortunately this week is going to be a little rushed.

Breakfast-2 turkey/pumpkin muffins, acorn squash and zucchini
Lunch-shredded pork, acorn squash, spinach
Snack-roast beef and applesauce
Dinner-shredded pork, acorn squash and artichoke
